Hi there, I’m Omid and have been working in tech for nearly 2 decades: Google, Foursquare, Citymapper, and Streetbees. My roles spanned the full commercial and operational spectrum at various stages. Advisor

I take up advisory roles with startups in the London eco-system by helping with strategy, fundraising, organisational design, hiring, business development, communications and more. See more information in the Advisor section.

Investor

I invest at the Pre-Seed and Seed stage either directly or through investment syndicates. The ideal is a crazy team with a differentiated idea addressing a massive TAM with a valuation that can 100x. I prefer investing in things that I personally understand. Of course rules are there to be broken as you can see in my portfolio in the Investor section.

The Startup Pragmatism blog is an attempt to distill some of my learnings into dense but concise posts. I like giving practical advice rather than theorising. More in the Blog section.
